Complete 4-Week Program

For the next 4 weeks we'll challenge our core Monday through Friday with a variety of exercises that will strengthen and tone our tummies.

Who doesn't want a tighter midsection?!? The exercises will vary each day and the classes are designed to get progressively harder as we go. My daily 10 minute video is easy to follow along with on your own time. The weekends are dedicated to rest and recovery. Let's build a stronger core together and achieve amazing results.
