Fitness Tools
What you need for all my fitness programs…including my Amazon picks.
Dumbbells (Light 2-5lb/ Medium 5-8lb/ Heavy -15lb)
Mat (or towel for floor exercises)
Chair / Bench (any chair that is stable and even in the seat, not on an incline when you sit. You could also use a risers)
Step Stool or Risers (sturdy step stool, not a collapsable one)
Sliders (furniture sliders, paper plates or container lids for carpet, folded hand towels for hardwood or tile flooring)
Optional: Kettlebells, Bar
*Coach Ellie TIP: Choose a step stool that fits into your budget, is easy for you to store, and/or works for you in regard to height and functionality. Here’s another Step Stool option.
*Coach Ellie TIP: Risers are a great investment because you can adjust the height as needed and as you grow stronger. They are also a great fitness tool used at different heights in so many exercises you are going to see.
