FIT20: Progressive Overload

4 WEEKS | 5 DAYS A WEEK | 20 MINUTES A DAY | ON-DEMAND
This July, FIT20 is continuing the focus on progressive overload, designed to help each of us build greater strength and realize we can try to challenge our bodies and move out of our comfort zones. You'll repeat the same 5 workouts each week (continuing from the May program), and track your progress, push a little harder, and finish this month feeling stronger as we head into SUMMER! You’ll have access to all workouts through August 1, 2025.

It's that time of year again. Time for us to go On-Demand for the Summer. This is the perfect program for a woman who is already exercising and looking for an at-home class, a program they can push play and workout at any time, feel like they are home and live with a personal trainer and seeking accountability, guidance and support.
