FITabs is a 23-day program that strengthens your core using three moves. FITabs is a fun and effective program with built-in accountability that drives results. If you are looking to strengthen your core and challenge yourself, then FITAbs is for you!

All you need to know for FITAbs:

  • HOW WILL I GET MY WORKOUTS? Once a week you’ll receive an email with links to that week’s on-demand workouts. Each video will be labeled with the assigned daily class along with a list of Fitness Tools needed to complete your class (if needed).

  • WHEN SHOULD I DO MY DAILY WORKOUT? Workouts are scheduled Monday-Friday and take about 10 minutes a day. You should complete the workout anytime during the day. If you miss a day, use it as one of your 2 rest days per week and continue on the day you left off until you join the group again. The days will build and you want to keep the the original order of the classes! (It's ok to miss and catch up!)

  • WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY: There are minimal modifications and options for this program. Discuss your injuries with Coach Ellie.

  • CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH COACH ELLIE? Any questions? Feel free to ask me here!

  • WHAT FITNESS TOOLS WILL I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM? All you will need is a mat. But if you have ever done a Coach Ellie FIT program before, you know she offers modifications and challenges; so you will likely have an option to add in a few fitness tools like resistance bands or light weights if you want.
